There is also the problem of wasting that valuable elemental mastery on Ningguang or Barbara as anemo is simply much more worthwhile to use that elemental mastery on. Note: Other than Klee, there is no other catalyst character that can utilize Sacrificial Fragments like this, other catalyst users have long term elemental skills like Ningguang's Jade Screen and Barbara's healing and neither of them deal massive damage to enemies. Sucrose however, brings enemies closer, which means that you can tap that 'E' key blindly without having to worry about anything. I am very sure that Klee can use the weapon similarly as well, but her elemental skill pushes the enemies away and scatters them, so you'll have to reposition Klee to get good shots. From the high amount of Elemental Mastery on its Secondary Stat to the valuable passive that allows Sucrose to hit her Elemental Skill one more time, Sacrificial Fragments is easily the best. DO keep in mind that you should roll for at least C1 Sucrose. The catalyst weapon Sacrificial Fragments gives you a 40% chance to end your elemental skill cool down upon damaging an enemy with your elemental skill.
